After letting it sit for a few weeks, the flavor improved greatly. Just kicked the keg last

I followed one of the hard lemonade recipes on the site, basically yeast water table sugar and
lemonade concentrate. Starting gravity was about 1.100. I pitched it on a W-yeast belgian

First all grain batch has gone great! We used the calculator and added gypsum, calcium

I have a belgian abbey that is finishing up- any ideas how this lemonade would be with 1214? I

Sorry, it took me so long to reply. We are going to try to brew with the Greenville water but

I cranked up the heater and we are getting about 155 F at the sink. My builder and
father-in-law said that the piped should be fine- I hope. Way more efficient than heating the
