I feel like I just jinxed myself by acknowledging this thread exists. 5 years 0 infections.Just
the opposite for me - every time I start to worry, I look here and realize my problem is just

I've read a number of times to forgo the secondary. When does that rule not apply? If you're
doing a tripel or quad - would I want to just leave it in the primary for a month, and then
    bottle?

Aside from some spices that are floating on the top - the brew is clear at this point. no
floaties, nothing moving. I have no issue waiting a bit longer - this all just seemed to go by
    so quick.
