    Has anyone tried adding lactose to this recipe? I would assume that would make it a bit
    creamier to compliment the chocolate and pb flavors.

    Thanks. I'll probably cut the chocolate and roasted malt in half and add some midnight wheat
    for color. Going to crank up all the hop additions to 1 oz too.

    I made it a tradition to drink my last homebrew while brewing the new recipe. Usually drunk
    when it's time to clean up but the beer always comes out good. 10 batches under my belt :-)

    Good ideas, thanks. I haven't heard of a cold water sparge yet. Is that just batch sparging
    with cold water? It would work the same as having 168 degree sparge water?
