    Hi all,I'm wondering if my wine is done fermenting and ready to be transferred to the carboy if
    the SPG is .098? Not sure what other info would be relevant to answer the question.Thanks!

    It was at 1.16 last night after 7 days. I did transfer to the carboy and ill leave it for
    another 7 days then bottle.
