Hahaha... great input guys! Saved me from probably a mistake. Maybe I should get a small jar
and add just a couple oz. per gallon with other honeys? Luckily I've found a few places locally
to get a go...

I could comment that if you used 9lb of honey and 3 gallons of water, you made it a little on
the weak side. 3lb of honey per gallon means total volume, not 3lb of honey PLUS 1 gallon of
