    that is incorrtect. dextrin malt is not supposed to provide sweetness. it mostly for body and
    head retention.

    Dextrine malt will add a small amount of body but it's mostly for residual sweetness from
    dextrins that are the sugar structures that are resistant to enzyme action that remain in the
    finished beer.

    You may also benefit from letting it finish out in temps closer to 80+ degrees. Possibly even
    some swirling to get some of the flocc'd yeast up off the bottom and exposed to more residual

    Give me some info on your boil kettle and mash tun. What material is the tun, manifold/false
