    I have never rehydrated dry yeast for wine as it is not necessary. For beer, always.If you
    insist, I would add the nutrient to the must not the rehydration solution.

    I mixed 10 ml with 1 gallon of water. That's about double the recommended dilution I believe.
    Still should not impact your brew unless you did not train prior to filling...IMHO
