I wonder if something has changed lately because the Purple Haze that is labeled as a lager,

Anyone try doing this from a carboy to a keg? Kegs are at a premium oftentimes at my house. I'd
like to transfer from my carboys with a few PSI, through a filter into the serving keg.

When I'm able to brew I will go AG with a full lager. I plan on filter the beer with a plate
filter and juicing the strawberries with a juicer then adding the fresh juice to the beer.

No worries. I thought the filtration part was interesting. Filtering strips out the yeast that
would be remaining suspended in the beer and would ensure that none of the sugars in the

I'm glad I'm not the only one totally confused with the way he explains it.If you do 3 running,
what sort of water/grain ratios are you using for each lauter? What does your pre-boil wort
volume usual...
