    I have read that infected home brew is fine. Due to the alcohol or ph level or something, can't
    remember the exact facts, that no Harmful bacteria can live in it. But it WILL make it taste
    like crap!

    kegs was the best thing I ever did. Smoother beer and so much easier. I still bottle the odd
    batch just to take out to the garage.

    Here is my setup. Just a simple low cost setup. Got the fridge for free, taps for free and
    bought a total of 8 Pepsi Kegs. 10lb CO2 Tank. Much easier than bottling.

    I've been brewing Brewer's Spring Beer Kit's and they turn out really good. Way better than
    cans IMO. Just add water and yeast. Some kits have hop pellets.

    they did tell me every 5 years to recertify a c02 tank. But it is stamped 02/09 and I thought
    it should be good untill the end of February. Like a propane tank
