Thanks for the replies. I have 4.5 gallons left and will just leave it as is. I made another
batch yesterday and filled to about 5.5 gallons to make up for absorbtion. :mug:

I'm curious about adding water to the secondary to bring the total volume back up to 5 gallons.
I'm brewing a stronger dark ale and when I move it to the secondary I'm fairly certain it will
be below ...
