  1000 Day Cuvee. 1000 days from grain to glass. :) Sour brown aged on French oak.Looks like a

  I used the center nut that came with the backing pad. I also had to remove the bottom nut off
  my grinder in order to get the flat center nut to screw down-=Jason=-
