My vote would be to replace any old unclean plastic as it's not worth the risk of losing a

Not sure about Florida but in my state of Oregon there are self service filtered water
dispensing machines at many local stores. I have a similar issue with my tap water but it's

Process is the same no matter what. Calculations are typically for 5 gallons already so unless
it's an equipment issue I recommend 5 gallons. Plus if your beer turns out fantastic you would
