I extract brew. I appreciate the convienience of extract brew. I know I pay a premium on
ingredients, but at the same time I don't have to invest a ton of money into the gear to go all

My review is one of those on their site. I brewed the extract kit and am very impressed,
slightly hoppy and definately malty although it did not turn out as smooth as I'd like.
