About Me: I have been home brewing for several years. Lately I have been into making mead. I have been making a very special, very local Prickly Pear Mead.

Home Brewing Biography: Very interested in yeast science. Acquired some 60 Liter Pressurizable tanks with dip tubes and all the fittings. I had a friend who was into making beer, I showed him the tanks, and that's what started it. We started making keg sized volumes of beer. Then I started getting into bottling afterwards. Currently, I grown into making Mead.
Future Brews: Different Meads, and a keg of beer for a party every now and then.
Bottled: plenty.
Kegged: Lot's of Stout beers, 15-16 gallon kegs.

I made some Prickly Pear Mead last year. I am now at the point of actually drinking it. The
stuff is great! So great in fact that I decide to make some more. I picked my own Prickly Pears
from a road ...
