    Hey all wondering if anyone has a recipe for carlton dry or a dry beer I have tried a few times
    with a few different brews but they have ended up quite sweet. Any help work be greatly
    appreciated!!!

    It was just the malt extract in the Tin/ kit along with 1.3kg of dextrose and 200grams of corn
    syrup I use this amount in all my brews and have never had one turn out sweet until this black
    rock cider

    It was a sachet of dry enzyme that came in the tin along with a sachet of yeast I'm not exactly
    sure what type of it was sorry
