    My fist addition was Magnum 2g for 60 mins and the other was 3.5 grams of Willamette for 10
    mins. It was a one gallon batch.

    I read somewhere the home brewed beer that has been bottled should not be stored laying down
    due to a risk of infection. Is this true? Doesn't really make sense to me.
