I have found that this much chlorite results in a heavy malty beer. Removing it through
distilling gives a crisp fresh beer. I will reduce the already small amount of crystal malt in
my bo pils recipe...

OHH YEAHLOTS of late hops and dry hops.In fact I donīt use 60 min additions for my IPAīs. First
hops are usually in for only 20-25 min.But the once I did using the pale ale profile were made
