  • A friend got me started. Using the Brewer's Best basic starter kit. Made my first batch 2-29-2010. I use a Bayou Classic with a 30 Quart SS pot and make full boils.

    Hey all,Well I just tasted it and it actually starts tasting like beer but then the aftertaste
    turns pretty sour and very lambic indeed. The flavor really fills your whole mouth and not in a
    good way....

    It was like $30 or smells sour and looks suspect and it's been a looong time in the
    fermenter with a suspect airlock. I am apprehensive to bottle it.I will taste it tonight, if it

    I cut my teeth on Miller Lite so I usually have a 12 pack around in the spring/summer. Great
    after cutting the grass. I love SNPA as well especially for the price.
