    ABOUT ME

  • I'm new to the Homebrew scene. Only brewed a handful of beers but I really enjoy tweaking my techniques and learning new things with every successive batch. There's always something you can do better or try something new and its keeping me intrigued. I fear/ hope this will become a lifelong hobby.

    All of my hobbies wont fit in the space provided so you get to read them here:

    Collecting bar glasses, playing the harmonica, food dehydration, backpacking, fishing, snowboarding, Golf. Oh yeah, I make barley soda too.

  • So far I've brewed and American IPA, Mild Brown Ale, Altbeir, Hefewienzen, and a Clemifornia Commontine from Extract. Another Altbeir, and Stone Brewery's 12th Anniversary Bitter Chocolate Oatmeal Stout Allgrain.

    Nope no rusty caps here. I dont sanitize more than i need. if i do on accident i always make
    sure to dry them before storage. I would be more worried about mold than rust in that case. And
