Didn't make sure the valve on my BK was closed all the way before starting to drain MLT and
left to put kid to bed, 2+ gallons of first running on the Floor :o

Priming sugar, coiled hose to get a good swirl. then when I pull out the hose I give it a
mellow swirl with the hose for about a minute. Never had an uneven batch.

It's a theory that many of the guys on this forum have that it produces just as clean and
debatably better tasting beer because the yeast continues to slowly clean out the byproducts
after the ferment...
