    I find on mine I need around 30 psi to get good flow and less foam. The first couple pours are
    a little fommie but after the coils and beer temp equalize the foam subsides.

    I have the same chiller and live in FL, so the ground water is 80+. I use a two pump setup and
    circulate ice water through one side and it cools in less than 5 minutes.

    I have the 40 plate chiller from kegcowboy and for the life of me can’t get it clean!! I
    run 160-180 degree water with PBW for 30 minutes normal flow direction, 30 minutes back flush,
    then rinse...
