Let it rest...I am sure it will be fine! I pitched yeast one time at around 105
degrees...started bubbling in 36 hours...hit my FG...damn good ale...patience...young

Anyone know where to buy a good Imperial IPA extract kit? Midwest has some good looking ones,
but top out at about 7.2% ABV...I am looking for at least 9-9.5%.
