cool! why did you choose eherms over direct fire? I like the idea for the heavy duty caster,

i just popped the top on the first two that i brewed following their direction, the spice is so
over powering it almost has a chemical aroma. Way too much spice. I wish I has seen this

I tout one of the biggest advantages of kegging was that you didn't have to prime, your just
force carbonate, so you do not get the sediment that comes along with it.
