East Farmingdale (Suffolk) here. Brewing for 2 years. Doing partial mash brews. Done Ales and
Lagers. I keg all of my brews and have a 4 tap (for now) keezer. Nothing like brewing your own

FYI Beverage air are great units. Be sure to buy a unit designated BB for "Behind Bar" only if
you are not putting in a draft tower. A friend of mine bought one off ebay and asked me to put
