Hi all!Brewed an extract (my third ) batch of oatmeal stout. It's OG was 1.067. The recipe
suggests (beersmith) that it will finish at 1.016It has been in primary for almost 30 days and
is reading 1.0...

I've only done three batches but learned the hard way to start using a blow off every time at

I'm didn't really have a style of stout in mind. I guess i was just looking for a coffee type
stout with OG around 1.65Is 6lbs of DME too much to be adding at the end?

the NB are 8.4. AAI changed the numbers in Beersmith and used 3lbs of Dark DME at the beginning
and the rest for late addition and i came up with 24 IBU'sSo i guess this is much better for
