Bear in mind, either method will require you to leave the keg motionless to the very last
glassful. You can move it with the utmost care, but to transfer it somewhere will cloud up your
    beer.

Ah the always disappointing fermentus interruptus. Do you feel you aerated well enough? What
    was your method?

My immersion wort chiller with the motorized paint stirrer. No laborious stirring, and that
free time is definitely put to good use at that point in the brew session.

    setting?

When I have my settings to show me at Eastern USA time, the times shown on all posts are an
hour later than they should be. Can I fix this? Right now, as a workaround, I have my time zone
    set for Cent...

So say I sold some of my grain to a buddy, and I simply want to delete that grain from my
inventory. The "delete" button is grayed out. How do I delete it?

Keg it when it becomes clear. Use gelatin if you need to. And I don't prime kegs with sugar
because I don't want sediment in the bottom. All CO2. Kegging is the bomb.
