    FWIW it was one of the last 2 BN session podcasts, the brewer uses 45% chocolate in his stout
    and they all loved it.

    Quad rings are made to fit in the same grooves as O rings. The quad ring may work better, but O
    ring works fine. Use the same O ring that fits on ball lock post. The trick is to remove the

    Many of the Belgian strains like the higher temps. Above 80 might be pushing it. Wyeast 3724
    can go to 95, try that.
