The upper limit i believe is about 2qt/lb. Above this you will get incomplete conversion of

Take copious notes on every little thing, it will come in handy later. Def relax and don't

Indiana eh, this time of year just put the fermenter out in the garage for a day or two before

Checked last night, day 13, and it was gone. Went very fast once it started. I've actually got
some 007 in the fridge. I'll have to try that with the next batch.
