  That sound awesome! How long did you age it in bottles? My 2nd was a RIS,.and still in bottles
  after 2 months, no carb yet, but eventually. Its needs more time to mellow.It has been bottled

  My second batch. Suppose to be a Stone Self righteous clone but ended up a semi stout with
  notes of cocoa and bourbon. It measured in at 10.5%!
