well after being in the secondary for like 4 or 5 days i noticed the beer seemed to be getting
very black.... so i decide to take a flashlight to it and see what happens and it is BRIGHT

sooo should i just keep on going with the process? do you suppose 1 week would have been

well i just recently bottled my first attempt at a wheat and while i was at it i brewed up an
ipa.... i jsut racked into the secondary like 2 days ago and im not seeing ANY action yet....
there wasnt ...

i dont know if you plan on going secondary or not ... but im on my first brew as well and i
thought i pitched too soon as well and when i racked into the secondary it stirred up the yeast
a lil and it...

arrr ye mateeyyy tis the first evar batch, it be the best yet arrrr lolyea its the first time
around for me but i plan on going to the store tommorow to buy another carboy and ingredients
for an IPA!!...

i definatly may have introduced the yeast when the wort was still a lil high in temperature....
90-95 deg? ..... thats probably why .... other than that the temp has been 70 deg stable since
