I thought it was funny that the gents that were bringing this claim were essentially saying,
"how can we get drunk if they're watering it down?!" Somehow I doubt they were doing some sort

1. Not sure how you could do it differently with the teaballs (outside of buying more). But
like Seriousbeef mentioned, you can throw them in loose. Any gunk that does get into the
fermenter will sett...

I believe this is the inaugural festival. I will be going, and I expect it to be essentially

For reference, if you do truly steep (lots of water, and very little grain), 2-row, wheat,
oats, and Munich will give you 0% efficiency. So either you mashed, or your reading is way

My White House Honey Ale finished at 1.018. If it's steady you're probably good to go on
bottling. There's nothing wrong with letting it sit though. It's your call.

Assuming you're using fresh fruit, I think the general rule of thumb is approximately 1 lb. of
fruit per gallon of beer.
