    For reference, if you do truly steep (lots of water, and very little grain), 2-row, wheat,
    oats, and Munich will give you 0% efficiency. So either you mashed, or your reading is way

    My White House Honey Ale finished at 1.018. If it's steady you're probably good to go on
    bottling. There's nothing wrong with letting it sit though. It's your call.
