- I love sam adams beers but thought they were too expensive.My grandparents used to homebrew in the 70s and i always thought that was cool,so i gave it a shot. So now i have a home brewery in my basement i call Broke Ass Brewing and if u saw my equiptment youd know why.As cheesy as my equiptment is ive been making some increadble beers.

I use brewers friend its free and it works well, I used to use hopville which is also free but
