What's the ABV on it? Did you take an FG to make sure the yeast was done?4.8% abv. And yep did

Fermentation was definitely done (4 weeks). I used about 3/4 cup of brown sugar. I grabbed the

What does it take to create a bottle bomb? Twice the amount of priming sugar, three times,
four?... Or is it far less than that? Never had any bottle bombs, but after a mistake this last

Go for it! In the name of research! I waited exactly one week before I threw my first one in

I have no first hand knowledge but, read an article about side storing. Basically it stated
that it wasn't a good idea. For some reason you don't want your beer to have prolonged exposure

I've found that nibs don't contribute nearly as much chocolate flavor, as either chocolate malt
or actual cocoa powder. Nibs seem to provide more of a nuttiness. I've only used them in stouts
& porter...
