  • Always searching for better beers led me to try making my own. A few years ago I talked a buddy into it. This past spring he showed me a beer in his primary and I smelled it and ever since I wanted to try it myself, finally started this fall. First beer was a Brewers Best Oktoberfest, followed shortly by a BB Witbier. I then discovered Northern Brewer and have a Chocolate Cherry Stout in the primary, American Cream Ale on Deck and hope to get a Caribou Slobber in before Christmas. I want to try some Austin Homebrew kits too. Hopefully after a bunch of kits, I can learn to make my own recipes.
