    Phenomenal! I took a gravity reading at 8 days and after tasting I am going straight to keg.
    This is so good I drank 2 glasses from the primary. Well done to Enohcs!Thanks :-)

    just tossed in my dry hops, can I cold crash at the same time?I prefer to dry hop at room temp
    for a few days for maximum oil extraction.Cold crash in about 5 days.

    brew, I seem to forget that, even though I made it, it's still beer, and it will still get you

    Is that pump rated for high enough temps to handle whatever comes out of my hot water tap at
    home?Don't know, but I haven't had any issues thus far. I've used mine A LOT.

Hey Matt I brewed your pale ale recipe this weekend. fermentation is going great! was wondering what you'd think about shortening the secondary/dry hop to one week instead of two if planning to bottle vs get conditioning?

can't wait to taste!
