  • I started brewing 10 years ago when i found a expired beer ingredient kit at a swap meet. I fermented the beer in a Mylar bag and bottled with 2 litter bottles. After the 2 week process of fermenting and carbing i invited a few friends over to try my new beer, it was the worst beer i have ever tasted in my life. I had just turned 21 so at that age i did not want to wast beer, I drank it all. I thought to myself if only i could make beer that i liked. At that time i was a fan of Cutthroat ale. I found our local Brew shop and started asking questions. After about an hour i bought a brew kit and ingredient kit to try. My first real beer was a whit beer. I read the joy of hombrewing and was off. I brewed about 3 or 4 batches and lost interest. About 2 years ago i was going though my storage room and found my old equipment. Thought about it for about a day and went in to the beer nut to purchase ingredients. I brewed a whit beer for my return to brewing. I have brewed at least a batch a

    Maybe 2oz of cascade dry hoped in addition to the 2oz at flame out? i want a lot of aroma.
    Would that be over kill?
