  • Got into home brewing in Jan of 2011, started out with the standard one 6.5 gallon carboy, now have 4 carboys, a fermentation chamber that fits all 4, a bottling chamber that handles 10 gallons of beer, two keggles, a sq14 burner, and all the other necessities. Love IPA's , so far just made a batch of American IPA, an American Wheat beer, and a custom IPA.
