That coopers yeast causes the apples flavor. I'd buy something a little cleaner like safeale 05

I think they're alright. If I want to make a quick brew to drink then I use them. I don't like
the coopers yeast though. I'll buy some safeale 05 for a coopers kit.

I guess some people might like the taste of the beer even if it is high for the style. 1.048
