amarillo is more citrusy flavored, some say orange or lemon. Juniper? hmmmm....could be your
water interacting with the hops flavor maybe? You should brew up a second batch and see if you

new grommets are cheap. I use grolsch almost exclusively now. Bought about 60 on craigs list.
Change out the grommets every few batches, imho. BUt I can bottle alone using these, no partner
