Was this a bad question? I'm starting to wonder if the wine was possibly not fully
degassed(didn't use a whip, just stirred for 2 mins).. It doesn't appear to have cleared the
way i would have hoped.

It did power up in run mode even after being off for a few hours.... I think We are going to
leave all this stuff in tact and just keep the temp probe warmer than 64*

the fan motor looks easy. that is the three wires on the right (low, High, Turbo) Not sure

But if you just relocate the probe from the coils it works fine and you won't have to dick with

that cool bot thing is pretty "cool" but over $300 ouch lol. guess this might not be as easy as
