About Me: My 5TH All-grain is in the bottle. With my bros help everything went smooth. Hit all our mash temps and gravity targets. DANG THAT'S GOOD!

Home Brewing Biography: Was stationed in Germany, loved the beer but unable to buy it here. One day I saw a mail order ad for homebrew "make any beer you like" the ad stated. My first setup is still in use today. Back in 1991 I purchased my first homebrew kit from Bierhaus International located in Erie Pa. I don't think they are in business anymore. anyway I brewed 5 batches each one exceedlingly worse than the other, not much support back then. I hung it up until 2 years ago when a new LHBS opened 3 minuetes from my work, the guys there have been great. The first second & third thing I learned was sanitize, sanitize, sanitize. Since then I've successfully brewed alot of extract & specialty grain kits. Recently got into all grain thanks to my brother. So far 5 all grain batches in the bottle and most recently added a barley crusher to the family, no turning back now baby.

Make sure the lid is secured. It's happened to me before. I thought the Lid was tight but later
found it wasn't.

I dry hopped 7 days w/Citra & bottled it last weekend. Finished at 1.015. I drank a hydrometer
