What was your process like for the ranching? If there are signs of activity (bubbling or
krausen) I would pitch it or put it in the fridge after 24 hours.

I realize its been awhile since you posted this but I wonder the same thing when converting to

There should still be enough yeast in suspension to cabonate your bottles. You could cold crash
for a month and still have enough. However, you may want to adjust the amount of priming sugar.
