  Finishing my last bottle now from the batch I brewed last February. Seems to peak at 6-9

  For those that were wondering, I don't believe Saison Brett (which is phenomenal BTW) is
  fermented in primary with bret. Rather Boulevard adds it at bottling.

  Yes, that's the recipe. A far as citra goes, I am not sure. Brewmasters warehouse might, but
