It's done, fresh pasteurized tamarind fruit, is now fermenting my hefeweisen. wish me luck.
this sure sounds like a logical mix...hot on the tropics, hurricane season, i need to stock up

Question, since apparently the fermentation hasn't begun, should I worry about oxidation when I

i would suggest you to lower the temp to around 62fhow many pounds of DME did you use?I just
