The back panel for my 16x20 Hoff enclosure was just over $50 + shipping. This was for white
powder-coated steel. I'm of the mind that you can't have too big of an enclosure if you have
    permanent space...

If memory serves me these are about 2 1/2 x 3' by a foot deep!

Indy has a pretty reasonable and accessible craft scene. For drinking, I recommend 20 Tap. They
have 38 taps of craft beer all the time. Rotates (almost) daily. They are here:

Ahh. My bad. 1 second time base. I get it now. Thanks. Question: would it be any more involved
to use a C0-04RTD module rather than the thermocouple module? Admittedly, I know just enough to
    be very d...

The time base system works like this, say the time base is 1000ms. At 50% output the heater
turns on 500ms, off 500ms. 75% power, on 750ms, off 250ms. Is that the actual time base (I
    would call it dut...

What size barrel are you looking for? New or single use (the latter I would guess)

What about just using a DS18B20 to get the temperature? There's really no secret sauce in a
STC1000 that you couldnt do in sketch.

This is the stuff: guess it would about $20 to ship.

New / never been used. Mistakenly purchased 5/8" OD silicone tubing from US Plastics. This
works fine for gravity but not for pumping. $70 + shipping for 100'
