If the valves on that manifold have spring-loaded check valves my bet would be the noise is
caused by those. One of the checks on a six-way manifold in my keezer does that much more than
the others. B...

Left the keg of water hooked up to tap and CO2 for a week and roommate thinks there is a slight
hint of an off flavor/sweetness. Nothing strong or pointing at any one thing in particular.
