  If you have access to falconer flight hops they add an amazing citrusy aroma.

  Sounds like you tasted some of Austin's best. Rahr and Sons and Franconia make some tasty brews

  I've seen some people on here used sanitized bottles of ice. A more expensive route is a
  pre-chiller that runs the water through ice before going through the immersion chiller.

  Birdboylee...I like the idea and think the outline of the bird flowing into the mug is clever,
  but, there is a lot going on and that makes it hard for my eyes to focus on the logo as a
  whole.
