Good build! Looking at doing a conversion on this same model. Any reason why you didn't use the

Don't worry about it. You can reuse them as long your beer stay carbonated. Just clean them,
you don't have to sanitize bottle cap.

Back in the 80's, my father brewed with a cloth over his bucket. Beer tasted bad but the canned
kits of the time were more the culprit than his brewing technique.

ask for ITIL but it's rare.
