  • Been homebrewing off and on since well before I was legal age... Older brother started brewing and I started helping, and sampling of course. Took up the hobby myself after highschool but good supplies were hard to come by so it kind of died off with the whole seen in my city.
    Started up again upon the discovery of a local club, joined up and switched from kits to all grain after about a year. Been brewing up a batch every couple months since then, hope to increase the frequency and quality of my brews.

  • a dekonick clone, an IPA, and probably a stout to reuse this yeast I just bought.
