  • Brewers Best IPA - It was wonderful - bottled in 22 oz Vine Park Brewery bottles.

High School - borrowed dads recipe and made something almost beerlike and drinkable - bottled in "Ting" soda bottles.

Grade school - Hires root beer - went quite well - great carbonation.

I find I don't have patience to wait for maturity. ....maybe if I brewed more batches.

Since initial register here I've also done a Brewers Best "Continental Pilsner" (yum), and a batch of English Brown Ale also Brewers Best - it was OK.

The only malt I'd worry about is the extra crystal. It'll be sweet. So either you brew it and
expect a big sweet beer, or do like others have suggested and cut it in half + add some more
    base malt.If ...

I had a Yeast Orgy a couple nights ago. It's actually maturing way better after months of
conditioning.I finished off the last of this a couple weeks back. It got decent reviews all
    around.

Why should you have oxidation? If you left the lid in place so there wouldn't be much exchange
of air your beer will be safe under the CO2.When I use buckets for fermenting, I don't close
    the lid tigh...
