The only malt I'd worry about is the extra crystal. It'll be sweet. So either you brew it and
expect a big sweet beer, or do like others have suggested and cut it in half + add some more

I guessed at temps - I went to 188 deg F for the mash water - the grain had been in the freezer
and warmed in the house to ~ 40 deg FI mashed in - it went to 168 and dropped down to right

Why should you have oxidation? If you left the lid in place so there wouldn't be much exchange
of air your beer will be safe under the CO2.When I use buckets for fermenting, I don't close
